the Dolls // Doll Issues
(Seem to only be for the five MoonDreamers)
     

1st issues:

came with a Crystal necklace

2nd issues:

came with a record with a message from that doll.

3rd issues:

came with an attachable hair piece, assorted colors.

Also there is at least German/Netherlands version with the doll on the card with a bubble, similar to the Snoozers and Sleep Creeps. These bubble card Moondreamers could even have a version with cassette tape that is similar to the US record version.
